Alert: sweater weather is here. I’m so excited to finally live in a place where the temperatures drop in September, rather than mid-November–it means I get to break out my sweaters without worrying about sweating all day. It means scarves! It means bundling! And hot drinks! (…And winter blubber.) As of right now, I do not have enough sweaters to weather the cold weather, so…. we’ll just see how I fix that.
Here you see me happily prancing around in a giant sweater. It’s a few years old–I bought it as a “gift for my dad,” but I totally knew I was going to steal it. Apparently, though, I hadn’t been paying attention to my dad’s taste in sweaters as well as I thought, and he wasn’t into it–he’s more of a one-color man. So it’s mine now. For real.
I don’t know if you can tell, but it has elbow patches that come to about halfway down my forearm. I’m so into a good elbow patch though, so I’m not bothered by it.
